A Week Away

Due to my grandpa's death, I will be taking this week off of work to spend time with my family back on Oklahoma. I look forward to speaking with you in March.

Photography & Family

Portraits are a wonderful way to preserve memories. This last week I was back in Oklahoma visiting family as my grandfather's health deteriorates. While it is tough to see him like that, it is wonderful to have dad's photography of him healthy and vibrant to remember him by once he is gone.
Don't let an opportunity to create a beautiful memory of someone in your family pass you up.

Chamber of Commerce Dinner - Part 1

This last month, I took couples portraits again. But this time at the Annual Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet. I've already posted portraits of the wonderful Cortez folks who were award winners, today and tomorrow I'll post a few of the couples portraits.

Here's the final installment of Josh's senior portraits. I think the whole family was happy with all of them. They even made mom cry...and in a good way!

While I was photographing Josh, his mom wanted a couple portraits of his brother and also his nephew with him. While these are both very casual portraits, the family really enjoyed these (especially since the old brother rarely smiles in pictures).
