Missed a couple days

Sorry for the break in blogging. We started having contractions on Sunday (5 weeks early) and have been spending the time trying to relax and keep her inside a little bit longer.
Tomorrow and Friday I will have some great new images up. Can't wait.

Maternity Leave

Mathews Family - Part 2

Mathews Family

On Memorial Day, I had the joy of photographing the Mathews Family. I had actually photographed the son last year in school portraits. It was great being able to do something for the whole family.

Caddel Family - Part 3

One last thing we did while at the Caddel farm was to photograph Lisa's youngest, Trixie, with her favorite pup. Fun stuff!

Caddel Family - Part 2

We did something a little different with their session too. When I return from maternity leave, this will be a new product available. I'm calling it "A Day in the Life". I come along with you on a family event (branding, harvest, etc) to help commemorate your time working together. It is great to be a part of people's lives in this way.

Caddel Family

At the end of last month, I photographed the Caddel Family out on their land north of Cortez. There were a lot of great reasons to do this portrait:
1. The oldest son just graduated from Dolores High School
2. The family works together on the land, handling irrigation, etc.
3. Their land went up for sale recently.
Portraits are meant to preserve memories, and these portraits will for this family.
As the week continues, you will see more of the Caddel Family. We did some very fun things!!!
